Exchange and Refund Policy

The Silk Road is a multi designer platform that complies with designers policies. Each product have its return policy set by designer if it is made to order. If the policy is applicable, You may return full-priced items for a refund if postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Swimwear and beauty items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and with the original tags and packaging.

The Silk Road is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit as well as incorrect addresses.

EU cooling off period of 14 days for refund is applicable within its boundaries.

Sale Items can be refunded within the European Union only.

Prepare your Return

Please proceed to our dedicated returns page to start your return request below. All return requests are required to go through the portal. Return address is based in Paris,France. We do not accept any returns that doesn't go through this portal.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
