As per designer policy, the brand accept returns and exchanges for full-priced merchandise within 12 days of receipt, provided the items are in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Customers must report returns within 24 hours of receiving the product and cover two-way shipping fees. Exchanges are subject to a $50 fee per parcel.
