Exchange and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If you need to make a return, please read the information below.

The Silk Road is a multi-designer platform that complies with each designer’s return policy. For made-to-order items, return eligibility depends on the specific designer's terms.

If a return policy is applicable, you may return full-priced items for a refund if the return is postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Swimwear and beauty products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. The Silk Road is not responsible for lost or delayed items during transit or for returns sent to incorrect addresses.

European Union customers: Under the EU cooling-off period, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Sale items can be refunded within the EU only.

Please proceed to our dedicated returns page to start your return request below. All return requests are required to go through the portal. Return address is based in Paris,France. We do not accept any returns that doesn't go through this portal.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
