Please note that selected made-to-order, made-to-measure, customised and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect. Exchange and Refund Policy

Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Selected made-to-order, made-to-measure, customised and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Swimwear, beauty and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or item is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund where eligible.

For customers based in the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Prepare your Return

Please submit your return or exchange request through our Return Portal before sending your item back.

Once your return has been shipped, please share the tracking number with our customer service team. Returns sent without prior approval or without tracking information may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Any unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges or return fees incurred during the return process may be deducted from the final refund amount.

We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service. The Silk Road is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or sent to an incorrect address.

Receiving a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
